Thank you to all of the Toddler Parents for taking the time to come in and talk to us during conferences. We love talking about all the things your child is accomplishing in our classroom. Also, it is very insightful to compare how your child is doing at home and in school. Open communication and connection is our priority and helps us know the “whole picture” so that we can work together to do the best for your child.
Toddlers enjoy learning life skills. Activities, which up until now have been going on around them, they can now do themselves such as: getting dressed, preparing snacks, setting up the table, washing dishes, sweeping the floor, and scrubbing etc. Our Toddler classroom provides the opportunity for the toddlers to acquire the skills so they can do it themselves.
Thank you to all the Toddler Families who participated in our Thanksgiving Feast! Our children enjoyed baking the cornbread for the feast with the Kindergarten children from Maple room. It was amazing to see how the Kindergarten children worked with the little ones.
We are welcoming new children to our Toddler community: Molly, Julian, Rachel, and Ofelia have already started. Jack, Arie, and Will will join us in January.
Goodbye to Samuel! He is moving on to the primary classroom (Magnolia Room) from our community in January. We will miss him a lot! He is an amazing leader in our classroom.
